Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can return the products you purchased from www.teaelife.co.uk within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions without paying shipping costs.

  1. Before returning the products, you must send us the return request with the order number in order that we can guide you correctly.
  2. Since the product you will return is a food product, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to spoil.
  3. All of its standard accessories must be sent back undamaged and complete with their original packaging.
  4. Promotions that are given as gifts with the product must be sent back with their original packaging.
  5. There mustn’t be any damage, impact, liquid contact with the products.
  6. Returned products must be sent back with the original box / packaging, and the invoice in your name.
  7. Another product instead of the returned product or the product price will be refunded to the bank within 7 days. However, it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account with a delay.
  8. When you receive the packages that you think are damaged during transportation, you need to open and check them in front of the cargo authority. If there is any damage with the product, do not receive the product by keeping a report against the cargo company. Remember that after the product is received, you are deemed to have accepted that the cargo company’s fully fulfilled its duty. If the right of withdrawal will be used after the product is received, the product must not be used and must be carefully preserved. The invoice must be returned with the product.

If you want to cancel the order you have created on teaelife.co.uk, if your order has not been sent by cargo, you must send us your cancellation request along with the order number. If your order has been sent by cargo, you must take a return action after you receive the products.
